Treat Dad to a unique Whisky and Cheese masterclass at our sister hotel The Capital this Father’s Day, hosted by resident Whisky expert, Cesar Da Silva. Believed to be the only bar in London offering whisky and cheese pairing, let Cesar, the UK’s youngest Keeper of the Quaich, introduce you to the world of whisky with an impressive range that is expertly matched with a selection of British Cheese.
